Bean Burritos
Bean Burritos are one of the easiest meals to prepare. Made with a few pantry staples and minutes of work, this simple vegetarian recipe is flavorful, cheap, and a family favorite. Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil rajma in pressure cooker with salt and keep aside. Take one non-stick pan add oil then add garlic, ajwain and Mexican red sauce. Finish the sauce with seasoning and tomato ketchup.
* Step 2
To make filling heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic till onions turn pink. Add mix bell pepper boiled rajma, baked beans and prepared sauce.
* Step 3
To make Burritos on a tortilla spread filling followed by sauce and cream.
* Step 4
Fold the sides and cook on a griddle in little oil till crisp on low to medium flame. Serve hot with Mexican red sauce and sour cream.
* Step 5
To make sour cream beat the cream a little with a fork and add hung curd and salt and mix well.
