For all the ones who do like flavourful yet not too many spicy noodles, THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOU! Super easy and quick noodles recipe. 🍜 #cppaasport #cppchina #noodles#shilpitandon

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 people

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
200 grams

noodles

For

sauce

1 tablespoon

corn strach

1/2 tsp

vinegar

as per taste

Salt

as required

Water

2+ 1 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil noodles with salt and oil. After that wash them in running water and spread them in a wide tray or plate and sprinkle some oil. This will protect your noodles to get sticky.

* Step 2

Take one heavy bottom pan or wok add oil and then add ginger garlic paste snd fry for 1 minute. After that add all veggies and fry for another couple of minutes.

* Step 3

Take one bowl and all sauces ingredients and mix well. Add noodles and pour this mixture into the wok and mix properly on medium to high flame. Add salt and vinegar and decorate it with fresh spring onions leaves.

* Step 4

This is the perfect recipe for Chinese food lovers. In my house, I make it now and then. Super easy and tasty 😋
