Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one big heavy bottom pan and boil milk. After first boil transfer 3-4 tablespoon milk into one katori and soak kesar threads.
* Step 2
Keep the flame on low to medium and add kesar and stirring it until it becomes 3/4 of the quantity. Then add nuts (keep some for decoration).
* Step 3
After some time milk will become thick now add sugar and cardamom powder. You can use dates also (soaked in milk and make a paste). I am assuring you it will also give your rabri a very unique taste. Put the flame off and let it be cool. Decorate it with rose petals and nuts.
* Step 4
In my house Rabri is a must mithai on every occasion. You can also try it and enjoy with your loved ones. Happy Rakhi
