Kurkuri Bhindi is a spicy, tasty, and super crispy fries made with tender okra pods or ladies finger, gram flour, and spices. This bhindi fry is one of the best side dishes you can make to pair with your everyday meals. They are also fun to eat as is with a dipping sauce.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash bhindi (okra) properly and let it dry completely. After that cut vertically and again spread on a kitchen paper.
* Step 2
After 10 minutes transfer it into a big bowl and add rice flour, besan, and all remaining spices.
* Step 3
Mix them nicely with very soft hands. heat the oil in a Kadai and fry this bhindi on medium to high flame. After that add some more salt and amchur powder. Have it with lachha paratha or plain paratha.
