Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the heavy bottom Kadai and add ghee. Put heeng and jeera and fry for 30 seconds.

* Step 2

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add haldi powder. Then add potatoes and the remaining ingredients. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add salt and fresh coriander leaves. Put the flame on low to medium flame and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

* Step 3

Super tasty and flawless recipe of Aloo is ready. You can have it with paratha or poori or even Aate ki Matthi.
