This chana chaat reminds me of my childhood days when we used to come back from school and skip lunch and my mother would make me this chana chaat with roasted murmura, peanuts and lemon juice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana for 6-8 hours or overnight. Boil it with water snd salt.
* Step 2
After chana cool down add all remaining ingredients and garnish with some coriander or chilli.
* Step 3
