Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one glass jar or bottle. Slice the apples and add lemon juice.
* Step 2
First put mint leaves then apple slices with lemon juice and cinnamon sticks. Fill the jar with water and add honey if you want to add more sweetness or you can totally avoid it.
* Step 3
Keep it for half an hour then you can drink it. You can use this for 24 hours. When you drink it then again fill it with water. It is perfect for cleansing your whole system.
