Jeera Aloo with Poori

I always make this jeera aloo when I have surprise guests home for a meal. Some basmati rice, dal, this jeera aloo, papads & kachumber is one of the best combos. #spiceweek2 #cuminseeds #spiceroute #shipitandon

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-5 people

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
1 tablespoon

desi ghee

2 tsp

jeera

1/2 tsp

heeng powder

1 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For poori knead the dough and keep it aside. Cut potatoes into the desired shape. Heat ghee and add heeng and then add jeera and fry for 1 minute.

* Step 2

After that add potatoes and fry for another 1-2 minutes then add the remaining ingredients and fry or 2-3 minutes. Then add kasoori methi and serve hot with ajwain poori.
