Veg Manchurian
Veg Manchurian is a tasty Indo Chinese dish of fried veggie balls in a spicy, sweet and tangy sauce. This is my personal all time favourite dish.

Ingredient

4-6 people

35-40 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one big bowl add all veggies and potatoes. Mash all things together and mix cornflour, salt,black pepper and half of ginger and garli and make small balls.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry all the balls. Keep aside. Take a heavy bottom pan add oil and fry ginger and garlic then add some veggies and fry for 2 minutes on high flame. After that add water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Take one bowl add soya sauce, sechzwan sauce and tomato sauce. Mix properly and mix it with boiling water. Keep stirring and then add salt. After that add cornflour mix and sugar with water. After that add Manchurian balls and boil for another couple of minutes. Tasty veg Manchurian is ready. Enjoy this with fried rice(see recipe) or noodles.
