Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one heavy bottom kadai. Add oil and jeera then add onions fry for 2 minutes then add tomato and capsicum and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Add boiled rice and pao bhaji masala, tomato puree and salt and mix well.
* Step 3
Take 3 big tomatoes scoop the tomatoes and fill the tomato rice in it and garnish with fried red chilli. Serve with mint chutney.
