Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop all the nuts and dates take a heavy bottom kadai saute all the nuts for 1-2 minutes except raisins
Keep aside
* Step 2
Add ghee in a kadai then add poppy seeds, dates and saute for 1-2 minutes.
* Step 3
Then add nuts and mix it well then add cardamom powder and keep it aside to cool.
* Step 4
Then mold the mixture into cylindrical roll in an aluminum foil.
Then keep it in the fridge for half an hour.
* Step 5
Cut it into small pieces
