* Step 1

In a bowl add maida, cooking oil (2 tbsp) water, salt and mix them.

* Step 2

Mix it and Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes

Now make round purries

* Step 4

After this, add cooking oil in a pan and fry these purries. Press them in oil so that they become fluffy.

* Step 5

Your purries are ready to serve with channay and tea.
