Boiled Rice with Palak ka Salan and Raita

Ingredient

Rice

1 litre

Water

2 tbsp

Cumin Seeds

1 tbsp

Oil

1 tbsp

Lemon Juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Rice in a bowl full of water for half an hour

* Step 2

Heat Oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and saute for 2 mints

* Step 3

Now add rice,water,salt and lemon juice.

* Step 4

Bow boil the rice for 15 mints or until they are done.

* Step 5

Serve them with palak ka salan and Raita.
