* Step 1
Ek karahi mein oil garam karein aur onions daal kar brown kar lain. Ab is mein tomatos aur green chillies shamil kar dain aur us wqt tak pkayen jab tak oil alag na ho jaye aur tmatar achay sy gal nah jayen.
* Step 2
Chicken,Potatoes, Yogurt,Special Bombay Biryani Masala aur Ginger Garlic Paste daal kar 10 mint ke liye medium to high flame py bhoon lain jab tak masala oil nah chor dy.
* Step 3
Ab ek daichky mein pehly ublay huay chawlon ki teh lgayen. Ab is py ek layer chicken walay masalay ki lagyen.
* Step 4
Ooper wala process phir sy repeat karein.
* Step 5
Ab isky ooper yellow food colour 3 tbsp milk mein dissolve kar ke thora thora kar ke mukhtlif jgon par daal dain.
* Step 6
Ab coriander aur lemon sy garnish karein.
* Step 7
Ab daichkay ke ooper dhakan dy kar 10 mint ke liye low flame py dam ke liye rakh dain.
* Step 8
Special Bombay Biryani tyar hai.
