Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ek frying pan mein besan daal kar isy khushboo anay tak bhoon lain aur thanda kar lain.

* Step 2

Ab ek bowl mein bhuna hua besan aur dahi daal kar achi tarah mix karein.

* Step 3

Thora Thora pani (1-1/2 cup) shamil karein aur smooth honay tak achi trh mix kar lain aur side par rakh dain.

* Step 4

Ab ek bartn mein curry patta, oil,zeera aur ginger garlic paste daal kar achi tarah mix kar lain medium flame py.

* Step 5

Ab is mein namak,lal mirch aur haldi powder daal dain aur achi trh mix kar lain.

* Step 6

1/4 cup paani dal kar mix krain aur 2 mint hony tak pkayen.

* Step 7

Ab is mein dahi wala mixture add kar dain aur mix krain.

* Step 8

Ab is mein 3 cups pani dalen achi tarah mix karein aur boil anay tak pkayen.

* Step 9

Ab isko dakan sy cover kar ke 1-1/2 hour tak slow flame par pkayen aur drmean mn chmcha hilaty rahen wqft wqfy sy.

* Step 10

Tadka banay ke liye 1/4 cup oil daalen aur us mn piyaz shamil kar dain aur clr change honay tak pkayen.

* Step 11

Ab lehsan daal kar fry karein.

* Step 12

Ab zeera,curry pattay, aur sabut lal mirch daal kar achi trah mix aur fry karein.

* Step 13

Pakory pehly he bana kar rakh lain. Pehly unko karhi mein daal kar dbo dain. Ab ooper sy yeh tarka daal dain aur green chillies aur hara daniya sy garnish kar lain.
