Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sab sy pehly potatoes to achi tarah mash kar lain, itna ke koi ghutli nah rahay.
* Step 2
Ab is mein salt, red chilli, chaat masala, coriander aur green chilli daal dain aur achi tarah mix kar lain.
* Step 3
Ab is mein maida, breadcrumbs aur egg shamil kar dain. aur achi tarah mix kar lain.10-15 mint ke liye is mixture ko fridge mein rakh dain.
* Step 4
Ab apny dono hathon py oil lgayen.Thora sa mixture ly ke pehly uski ball bnayen. Phir usko aista aista press karein yahan tak ke wo aloo ke katlay jitna patla ho jaye.
* Step 5
Ab ek karahi mein oil garam karein aur is tikki ko deep fry karein. Flame medium rkhna ha aur sath sath garam oil chamchay sy is tiki ke ooper dalty rehna ha is tarah yeh phoolay ge. Jab ek side brown ho jaye to doosri side par palat dain.
* Step 6
Isko chaan ke nikal ke ksi paper py daal dain taa ke oil achi tarah jzb ho jaye.Yummy Aloo Tikki ready hai. Chilli Garlic Ketchup ke sath serve karein.
