Cream puffs

#cookwithzobia, 2nd entry, Asalamo Alikum, I made these cream puffs which are very light and can be enjoyed with cream topping 😊

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings

Cooking time :

60 minutes
1 cup

flour

1/2 cup

water

1/2 cup

milk

4 tablespoon

melted butter

1 teaspoon

granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all the ingredients according to the measurements

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Add milk, water and butter in a pan and heat it on a medium flame just to bring it to a boil

Remove it from the flame and add flour and mix

* Step 5

Then again put on the flame and again on a medium flame stir it to remove extra moisture. In a bowl put this mixture. It will be in a ball shape

Beat it with a egg beater on speed 1 to make it cool. Now start adding eggs, one by one and beat them

It will be a ribbon like consistency in the end of adding 4 eggs.Put the batter into the piping bag

Make small circles on the baking paper with the help of piping bag

Or you can use a cupcakes tray

Preheat the oven to 190C and place the tray for 20 to 25 minutes

Yummy puffs are ready to be served by topping them with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles😊🍨
