Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make crepes by adding small quantity of batter in a shallow pan with 1 Tablespoon of oil
* Step 2
1 cup flour will make 5 crepes
* Step 3
For sauce, add ketchup, tomato paste, salt, chili sauce and bring it to boil
* Step 4
Then add cornflour which is dissolve in 1 cup of water
* Step 5
During adding the cornflour continuously stir the sauce to avoid the formation of lumps
* Step 6
Make it thicker in the form of a gravy
* Step 7
Fill the center of the crepes with aloo keema mixture
* Step 8
Roll it and place it in a oven proof glass dish
* Step 10
Then shred the mozzarella cheese
* Step 11
Garnish it with oregano, Rosemary and red chilli flakes
* Step 12
Bake it for 5 minutes or when the cheese melts
* Step 13
Serve it with red sauce, a wholesome and delicious meal is ready ☺️☺️
