ASALAMO ALIKUM, l made these yummy salan as it's happily eaten by my family
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak black chana overnight by adding a teaspoon of baking soda
* Step 2
On the next day boil in the same water on medium flame
* Step 3
Remove the froth occasionally which is formed on the boiling water
* Step 4
In a separate pan, add oil, then the above ingredients
* Step 5
Let them cooked on low flame, so that the onion are lightly brown and tomatoes are tender
* Step 6
When the oil is seen at the sides of the pan, remove it from the flame
* Step 7
Grind the mixture into a very fine paste
* Step 8
Again pour the batter and the black chana that are now completely cooked in boiling water
* Step 9
Evaporate the extra water and add 1 cup of water for desired gravy
* Step 10
Cook it on low flame with lid on for 10 minutes
* Step 11
Delicious and healthy black chana gravy is ready to be served.
* Step 12
Garnish it with coriander and serve with salad and roti😊
