This cake is a 2 layer super moist delicious red velvet cake this cake is like chocolate and vanilla mixed together with a lovely cream cheese frosting I hope you enjoy it it is super nice oh and I also forgot to mension that you have to use a hand mixer or stand mixer for this if you don’t I will link to the one I have here

Ingredient

baking soda

1 teaspoon

salt

115 Grams

Butter

300 Grams

Sugar

240 ML

Buttermilk

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract

1 teaspoon

vinegar

450 Grams

190 Grams

Icing Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the flower coca powder baking soda and salt

Then in another bowl cream the butter and sugar until creamy

Add the oil,buttermilk, vanilla extract,vinegar and mix

Then add red food colouring

Separate in to 2 8 inch cake tins and bake 350 F 30-45 minutes or until a knife is inserted in the middle and comes out clean don’t forget to line your cake tins with parchment paper

Then even they have done let them rest on the pan for 10-15 minutes and remove from the cake from the pan and make sure the cake is cold when

For the frosting mix the cream cheese,icing sugar and vanilla extract

Then in another bowl add the double cream and mix until I stiff peaks form

Gradually fold the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture
