Buttery Corn Chaat Stuffing
Corn was indigenous to America, but is now grown throughout the world.It is used as a vegetable, briefly boiled or roasted or eaten with butter.And it would also interest you to know that the favourite popcorn,made by popping the small corn kernels,is a whole some cereal food and easily digested.Besides this,corn sees its use in various other ways.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat sufficient water in non-stick pan,add salt, mix and let it come to a boil.
* Step 2
Add corn kernels and potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes.Drain them.Parboil potatoes with the skins on,cool and halve.
* Step 3
Scoop out the centres leaving a thick shell around.Then used a knife to cut the corn kernels from the cob.Take them into a mixing bowl.
* Step 4
Add butter,red chilli powder, chaat masala, sprinkle black salt,salt crushed, black peppercorns, coriander leaves, green chillies.Squeeze juice of lemon and mix well.
* Step 5
Transfer the chaat into serving bowl.Fill the scooped out potato halves with the corn kernels buttery chaat.Arrange the potatoes on a Corn cob and a plate.garnish with coriander springs, cutting carrot, cutting tomato, cutting cucumber and green chillies and serve immediately.
