Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the fish in vinegar for twenty minutes.
* Step 2
Make a batter of gram flour,yogurt,egg,caron seeds,salt,lemon juice,red chilli powder,ginger paste and garlic paste.Then add water.
* Step 3
Marinate the fish in the batter for about twenty minutes.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry the fish till golden brown.
* Step 5
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot with lemon.
