Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, in the given order.

* Step 2

Consistency should be slightly runny

* Step 3

Pour ghee on a skillet

* Step 4

Pour a ladle of batter and spread like a crepe.

* Step 5

Top with chopped onions and chillies

* Step 6

Cover and cook on medium heat.

* Step 7

Flip and cook.

* Step 8

Serve with chutney of your choice. You can also top it with grated cheese.
