Veg Pasta in Homemade Tomato Salsa

#weekred Hi , I love pasta & this pasta which I have cooked is using Durum wheat pasta which has a good amount of complex carbohydrates to nourish your body with energy as well as keep you full for long time. #weekred

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all, you need to boil pasta for 7 minutes approximately. Just put 1tsp oil so that the pasta doesn't stick while boiling.

* Step 2

After the pasta is boiled. Strain it well & keep it aside.

* Step 3

Now, chop all the vegetables required. You can add veg your choice too.

* Step 4

Take a saucepan, put some olive oil or butter whichever you prefer, then add chopped onions, chillies & other mixed herbs & spices well. You can also add fine cut pieces of garlic & ginger to get a good aroma. Add paneer crumbs and fry it well.

* Step 5

After saute for a while, you can now add the tomato puree or salsa in it & add boiled pasta. Saute well & on a medium flame

* Step 6

You can add salt & pepper if required. You may also add a spoon of butter to taste.

* Step 7

Now it's almost ready. You can add chopped coriander or cilantro leaves, basil leaves if available. Garnish it with grated cheese & serve hot. Enjoy this red yummy penne pasta.
