In winter season we ( Memon ) have this dish in mostly breakfast but kuch hote hain na lazy mere jesse banate banate lunch ka time hojata hai Humari sardiyon ki behtreen sogaat

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 to 6 servings

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take Aata in a big platter mix salt and 2 tbsp oil and make crumbs out of it,and knead it by adding water slowly,take a rest

Well Chopped hara lahsun in omelette style and set aside. Take a rolling platter and cover it with a big plastic shopper

* Step 3

Sprinkle some dry aata all over properly and make a roti Heat a non-stick tawa add some ghee/oil and convert the roti very slowly and carefully on the tawa by upsiding down the whole rolling platter Now make roties cool them down for a little while and break them into small pieces. Now chop them to get the desired taste.

* Step 4

Add chopped bajra roti crumbs and chopped lahsun in a big pot check salt and add Oil tarka on it.
