I have been making seekh kabab from this recipe for years and they always turn out perfect. 🤗 serve them with hot Parhattas and you will fall in love with them. 😋You may also make them in loads and freeze them for later use as well. With the same recipe you can utilise these seekh kabab in seekh kabab pulao, seekh kabab Salan, or serve them with chutney....

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
After washing your mince leave it on your strainer for a while and let the excess water out. Press it with your hands so that more water may come out. (but do not completely dry it)
* Step 2
Grind bread slices (dry) and make a powder. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Make kabab shapes, refrigerate for 3 hour's
* Step 3
And shallow fry them in a non-stick frying pan.
* Step 4
If your seekh kabab mixture looks dry or your kabab are breaking add 1 beaten egg.
* Step 5
You can make seekh kabab shape by using a skewers but if you don’t have it just make long kabab like gola kabab,
* Step 6
Yummy 😋 seekh Kabab is ready and Serve with imli Chutney
