* Step 1

Milk ko boil Kar Lein phir ise main lemon juice add Karein aur spoon chalate rahe jub milk phut jaie Tu flame off Kar dein.

* Step 2

Phir mulmal ke kapde main nekal ke strain Kar Lein uper se half cup Pani Dal dein aur khob ache se nechod ke rahk Lein

* Step 3

Milk dry hojaie aur bur Bura ho ose waqat maida Mila ke khob ache se masal le aur ghond lein,texture smooth hojaie phir chote balls buna lein

* Step 4

2.5 cup Pani main sugar add Karein aur boil ane tuk pakaye jub boil ajaie tu rasgulle ki balls add Karein high flame pe pakne de 5 se 7 mint aur phir slow flame Kar ke cover Kar dein,5 mint baad nekal ke thunda karein aur serve karein
