Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Turn on the flame heat a Pan, once the pan becomes hot reduce the flame to medium. Add ghee and let it heat properly.
* Step 2
Add grated Carrot mix it and cook for 20- 25 minutes on medium flame, keep stirring. In between increase the flame to high and cook the Carrot for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring.
* Step 3
Reduce the flame to medium and add milk mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame, keep stirring in between.
* Step 4
Add sugar and mix it and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Add chopped dry fruits and mix it.
* Step 5
Garnish with Cashew, almonds and kishmish. Now, Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
