Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly we make custard, for that in a pan add milk and allow to boil. In another bowl take 1/4 cup milk (in room temperature) add custard powder and mix well now add the mixture into the boiled milk and stir continuously till it's become thick. Now switch off the flame and add sugar, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour. When it's completely cool down add all fruits and nuts and mix well.

Now in a bowl add the all ingredients of pancake section and make a thick batter without lumps. Now heat a non stick pan spread the oil now drop the spoon full batter on it and make mini pancakes.

Now we make a chocolate cups for that melt the chocolate by double boiler method. Once the chocolate melt pour the chocolate into the silicone cup cake mould and make a thick layer by spread the melted chocolate in mould and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes to set completely. After 30 minutes carefully remove the cups from the mould. And keep aside

Now it's time to assemble the chocolate cups for that in a serving plate place the chocolate cups then add custard mix then add pancake into the chocolate cups then again pour the custard, then add whipped cream and strawberry syrup. Garnish with some Choco chip, cherry, apple slice and sprinkles and serve it. Remember one thing when you start the assemble the chocolate cup all the elements of the dish should be completely cool.
