Ghughuni
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add oil. Once the oil is hot add cumin seeds and green chilli. Saute it for a minute and add the onion. Mix it well.
* Step 2
Now add tomato and a pinch of salt. Cook it until tomato becomes soft.
* Step 3
Then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king, red chilli powder and mix it well. Now add boiled chana, salt and again give a nice stir. Cover it and cook it on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 4
Now add coriander leaves and mix it well. Your ghughuni is ready. Serve it in the evening.
