Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add rava and curd, mix it well. Add water and salt as required for chilla batter. Keep aside for 15 -20 minutes
* Step 2
Now in hot non pan add oil, cumin seeds, when it's crackles add all the chopped veggies and saute it.
* Step 3
Add salt and turmeric and cook it well. When it s cooked add it in the batter and mix it well.
* Step 4
Your rava chilla batter is ready to cook. Now in hot non stick pan drop the some batter with ladle and cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
When it cooked from one side flip it and cook it's another side.your rava chilla is ready. Serve it with coconut or peanut chutney. Enjoy.
