Ingredient

3 cups

maida

1/4 cup

semolina

As required

Oil or ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take all ingredients and make dough like we normally make.

* Step 2

Take one part and make chapati as big as possible.Spread some oil and cut chapati into long strips with knife

* Step 3

Gently collect all strips.

* Step 4

Roll up strips with hand and make chapati shape again with hand and cook on tawa or pan on low flame.

* Step 5

Cook both side and spread oil on each side.
