Festive Doughnuts

My cooking can get better, If continue to try my hands on different recipes, to make my family& friends happy & make them look forward to eating my food.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 to 14 servings
500 g

Flour

50 g

Butter

75 g

Sugar

1

egg

2 tbs

Yeast

2 tbs

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Measure your flour in a bowl add yeast & grate nutmeg inside the bowl of flour.put water on the fire.when it's steaming hot,measure a cup of hot water in a bowl.add sugar,milk & butter to dissolve in the hot water stir for the water,sugar& milk solution to dissolve.when that is done,add egg in your bowl of flour,yeast & nutmeg and mix together with your hands until it is properly mixed & add the sugar,butter,& water solution to the bowl of flour & mix together with your hands till its fluffy

* Step 2

Allow to sit & rest covered with a clean nylon in a warm place for about & hour.when it has double in size knead in a clean work table &cut into any size of your choice.fry in hot vegetable oil.when you are done frying melt your chocolate in a double boiler and rub the doughnuts one after the other on one side& use any sprinkler of your choice on your doughnuts& it's ready to be eaten.
