3-4 cups

brown beans

* Step 1

Measure the quantity of beans you desire and peel of the back with water,when that is done blend the beans to thick consistency.when that is done,wash your red bell pepper and slice and to same to the onions set aside.add salt to taste into the blended beans stir and taste for salt and add the slice pepper and onions into the blended beans and put your oil on the fire allow to heat up and fry and it's ready to serve.it can either be eaten with paper or bread for breakfast.
