Bonus jam tarts

Used leftover pastry from shallot-almost-tatin recipe. I used the same oven as for that recipe, which was at Gas Mark 6/electric equivalent. The jam in a couple of the ten I made flowed over a bit - but they’ll still taste good.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes including prep

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roll out pastry and use cutter to make as many tarts as possible.

* Step 2

Lightly grease a tart tin.

* Step 3

Put the pastry is a many holes as you can!

* Step 4

Add a small spoonful of jam to each tart.

* Step 5

Cooking in oven for 12-15 minutes or until baked. Allow to cool and enjoy.
