Creamy butter chicken
Most popular dish in indian cuisane especially serve with pulaw fry rice or roti the most special about this dish is i like the creamy spicy textures made so yummy....

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix all the ingredients like yogurt,ginger garlic paste,salt,green cardamons,and mace powder and add pieces of chicken in a bowl and mix properly and marinate for 4 to 6 hrs.
* Step 2
Once the chicken is well marinated.cooked in a oven or without oven you can also cook in a pan after greasing with a little amount of oil so that it will cook well.
* Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium flame. And add bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon, red chilli,And coriander seeds.saute the ingredients for a min.now add a bit of onion red chilli powder, coriander powder,and kasuri methi powder and tomato. Saute them for 5min. Afterwards put the ingredients in a blender to make a soft puree.
* Step 4
Heat 3tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the puree mixture and cook it properly.then add the marinated cooked chicken, salt and fresh cream. And make the gravy consistency. It must not be so thick, if needed add some water over it to make it a proper level of consistent.
* Step 5
Now add 3 sliced green chilli. And let it cook for few min. Till it is full boil. Add kasuri methi.For extra cremy you can add little amount of cream to taste yummy.
