#cc2022 #week4 I always experiment with new and healthy recipes. Avocado being a healthy fruit, I have tried this new and innovative dessert. Must try for all !

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scoop the pulp out of the Avocado and churn it in a grinder to prepare a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a kadai then pour the Avocado pulp, stir it continuously. Then add sugar, milk, milk powder, cardamom powder and stir it continuously for few minutes. Then add agar agar powder mixture mix well and cook for a minute. Then, refrigerated for 2 hours. Avocado Halwa is ready.
* Step 4
Heat a pan and add grated beet root, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp sugar and stir it for few minutes, like halwa, for garnishing.
* Step 5
On top of Avocado Halwa, decorate with crushed peanut (chikki) and beet root halwa. Cut it in your desired shape and serve.
