Heat oil in a pan add panch phoran, chilli, chopped tomato; cook generously.

Then add turmeric powder, salt, potato chopped, cauliflower and beans mix it cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Then add mustard seeds paste mix well again cover it cook for ten minutes. Then serve hot.
