Omelette cake
#GA4 #week22 Typically, in Japan, the process is followed to prepare egg omelette. However, in one of my friend’s house party, I tried preparing this is in a cake format. This recipe was well appreciated and I, personally, loved it. Must try for all.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Then whisk the egg whites till it reaches the maximum peak, using a hand mixer. Then add salt to taste,sugar and rosemary herb mix it.
* Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the yellow yolk, then add sugar, pinch of salt, pepper powder and again whisk it.
* Step 3
Heat butter in a pan first pour yellow mixture cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame, then pour the white mixture on the top again cover and cook. Then add 1 tsp butter in the sides of the omelette cake. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then serve hot.
