#GA4 #week11 This recipe is healthy and less spicy along with sweet and tangy taste. I always prefer this type of food.

Ingredient

Food ration :

45 minutes
500 grams

kadu (pumpkin)

1 tsp

sugar

to taste

Salt

1/2 cup

green peas

2 tbsp

oil

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1 pinch

asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a kadai, then add cumin seeds, chopped chilli, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste cook some times. Then add chopped green onion, tomato chopped, add salt to taste and green peas. Then add turmeric powder mix thoroughly, add chopped pumpkin,mix properly and cover cook for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Stir it in intervals then add sugar and cumin powder and 1/2 cup of water cover and again cook for 10 minutes, then add tamarind pulp mix properly.

When it becomes tender, thoroughly mash it back of the ladle, so that all the vegetables mix properly, then ready to serve with rice.
