#GA4 #WEEK1 This is my mother's special and my personal favourite dish. Back in my childhood memories, I used to love eating 'Aloo Chatka' during my school days. It is a quick and easy tasty recipe. Even now I regularly prepare this recipe for my family.

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 minutes
2 tbsp

butter

1 cup

milk

to taste

Salt

1 pinch

asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash the potatoes very well.

Heat butter in a pan then add mustard seeds, split chickpeas, split black gram, asafoetida, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, after few seconds add chopped onion cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

* Step 3

Then add mashed potatoes and salt to taste mix well cook for 1 minute then add crushed black pepper and milk and mix them well, cook until the mixture thickens. Ready to serve with dal and rice.
