Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter - half and oil in a pan, add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, onion slices, garlic,ginger, all chillies, tomato, almonds, Anjeer, salt to taste, stir it and cook for 3 minutes on slow flame. Then make a fine paste and strain it, add little milk. Ready for gravy.

Heat rest of the butter in a pan add cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder cook it well then add sugar and add gravy mixture when it starts to boil add paneer cubes, capsicum and onion.

* Step 3

Again cook for 2 minutes. Place a bowl in the middle of the kadai then add hot coal in the bowl sprinkle 1 tsp ghee then cover for 2 minutes. Capture all the smoke in the curry. Then remove the bowl decorate with mint and Malai serve hot with Paratha.
