#acc I always try to make a dish which require less time to cook but at the same maximum amount of vegetables are consumed by us in our diet.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blanch the potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and carrot separately. Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic, chilli, and onions cook for one minute then add all blanched vegetables, salt to taste

* Step 2

Cover the kadhai cook for 6 minutes then add tomato chopped, beans, capsicum, add sugar mix well, then pour the tomato sauce and cornflour (mix 1/2 cup of water)mix again and cook for 6 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
