Velvety Rice

#colourred I have prepared this Vevety Rice by using the most natural and healthy red colour sauce from beetroot. This rice is extremely yummy and delicious biryani.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes
2 cups

milk

to taste

Salt

2 tbsp

sugar

2 tbsp

oil

1 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a kadhai, then add shahi jeera (cumin), ginger paste cook for 1 minute, then add all vegetables and washed rice in it, mix well, then add salt to taste, sugar and chilli stir it continuously for 3 minutes.

Then add milk, biryani masala in it mix it, then cover and cook on low flame for about 14 minutes.

Heat ghee in a pan, fry cranberries and cashew nuts for 1 minute then garnish with the rice.
