I have prepared this Vevety Rice by using the most natural and healthy red colour sauce from beetroot. This rice is extremely yummy and delicious biryani.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai, then add shahi jeera (cumin), ginger paste cook for 1 minute, then add all vegetables and washed rice in it, mix well, then add salt to taste, sugar and chilli stir it continuously for 3 minutes.
* Step 2
Then add milk, biryani masala in it mix it, then cover and cook on low flame for about 14 minutes.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in a pan, fry cranberries and cashew nuts for 1 minute then garnish with the rice.
