Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add one by one all the ingredients
* Step 2
Make a dosa batter, then heat a greased tawa then pour one ladle of batter spread little, then add little oil to the sides of the pitha, flip it again cook for 2 minutes,
* Step 3
Fry this pitha till crispy and light brown in colour serve hot.
