Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions. add in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute
* Step 2
Add in the tomatoes and cook to a paste. Season with salt and the spices.
* Step 3
Add in the perboiled njahe and give a good mix. add in 1 cup water. let cook for approx. 2 minutes
* Step 4
Add in the grated carrots and mix. taste for seasoning.
* Step 5
Add in the dhania and mix. serve and enjoy/
