Beans curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add one and half tbsp of oil to a pan on a high heat
* Step 2
Finely chop your onion, garlic, chilli and ginger and fry on a high heat for 2 minutes, stirring regularly
* Step 3
Drain and rinse your beans
* Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and chopped tomatoes
* Step 5
Add the curry powder and ground black pepper
* Step 6
Add the beans carrots and milk
* Step 7
Let your curry boil and reduce so the sauce can thicken for about 8 minutes
* Step 8
Finely chop the dhania and add them in
