Fluffy mini pancakes with sultanas

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 - 20 mini pieces

Cooking time :

20 - 25 minutes
20 g

sugar

200 ml

milk plus

2 tbsp

lemon juice

2 tbsp

sultanas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking soda.

* Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, lemon juice and melted butter until foamy.

* Step 3

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until smooth. add in the sultana and let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Heat your pan to medium high, then brush lightly with vegetable oil..

* Step 5

For each pancake, drop a little batter onto the hot pan. Flip the pancakes over once bubbles have risen to the surface, and cook the second side until golden brown.

* Step 6

Serve hot after sprinkling some icing sugar and honey
