Fried turmeric potatoes

Ingredient

potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, chop and wash the potatoes

* Step 2

In a saucapan, add the salt pepper and turmeric. add in your potatoes plus water and boil for 8 - 10 minutes

* Step 3

Drain and allow to cool. meanwhile heat oil in a frying pan and deepfry them till a nice crust is formed

Garnish and enjoy
