Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Chop the vegetables
* Step 2
In a heated sauce pan, melt the margarine and add in the onions. Toss.
* Step 3
Add in the carrots and toss too
* Step 4
Add in the rest of the vegetables including the coconut and give a good mix. season.
* Step 5
Add in the rice and stir well
